    • We do not claim ownership over user-generated content but may use anonymized images for promotional, research, or service improvement purposes.

    • Users cannot claim ownership over AI models, software, or training data used to generate images.

  4. Moderation & Content Removal

    • We do not pre-screen all user uploads but reserve the right to review, flag, or remove any content that violates this policy.

    • If you see inappropriate content, report it to support@smartuze.ai for review.

    • Users who repeatedly violate this policy may be banned or restricted from using our services.
