    smartuze provides an AI-powered image transformation tool that allows users to upload images and convert them into Ghibli-style artwork and other artistic styles. Our service uses advanced AI models (such as ChatGPT and getimg.ai) to generate stylized images based on the user's input.

    • AI-Powered Image Generation: Users upload an image, and our AI processes it to create a transformed version in the selected artistic style.

    • Free & Limited Usage: Currently, users can generate up to 3 images per day for free.

    • No Permanent Storage: We do not permanently store uploaded images. They are processed and deleted after transformation.

    • Advertisements: Our platform is supported by Google Ads, which may be displayed on different pages during the user journey.

    B. User Responsibilities

    By using our service, users agree to:

    • Users must upload only images they have the legal right to use (no copyrighted or unauthorized content).

    • Users must avoid submitting harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content (e.g., explicit, violent, or hateful images).

    • Users must respect AI-generated outputs and not claim authorship over AI-generated content as original human artwork.

    We reserve the right to refuse service, block users, or remove any content that violates these terms.

    C. Limitations & Availability

    • No Guarantee of Accuracy or Output: AI-generated results may vary and cannot be 100% accurate to the user’s expectations.

    • Service Availability: We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

    • Technical Limitations: The speed and quality of image processing depend on AI model availability and server performance.

    By using smartuze, you agree to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, legal, and fair use of our AI-powered image generation service.

    • Reverse engineering or hacking of our platform’s AI processing systems is prohibited.

    • Commercial Use: If you plan to use AI-generated images for commercial purposes, ensure compliance with any legal restrictions related to AI- generated content in your region.

    B. Protection of Our AI Models & Website Content

    • AI Processing Technology: The AI models used for image generation (such as ChatGPT and getimg.ai) are proprietary technologies licensed for use on our platform. Users do not have rights to modify, replicate, or redistribute these AI systems.

    • Website Design & Branding: All content on smartuze, including text, logos, graphics, and UI/UX design, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our website without written permission.

    • Restrictions on Reverse Engineering: Users must not attempt to reverse- engineer, extract, or misuse our AI models, algorithms, or proprietary software.

    • No Copyright Infringement – Users must not upload copyrighted images or claim AI-generated images as human-created original works where copyright laws prohibit it.

    • Delays in image generation caused by server congestion or AI model limitations.

    • Errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated images, including unintended artistic styles or variations.

    C. No Liability for Copyright or User-Uploaded Content

    Users are fully responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to upload any images they submit. We do not review or verify uploaded content for copyright violations.

    • If you upload an image you do not own, you may be held liable for copyright infringement.

    D. No Liability for Damages or Losses

    By using our service, you agree that smartuze, its team, affiliates, and partners are not liable for:

    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by using our AI tool.

    • Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities due to AI processing errors.

    • Any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access that may occur despite reasonable security measures.

    E. User Assumption of Risk

  6. Termination of Service

    We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user’s access to smartuze if they violate our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws. Termination may occur without prior notice under the following circumstances:

    • Violations of Terms – If a user misuses our AI tool, uploads prohibited content, or engages in harmful activities.

    • Legal or Copyright Issues – If a user repeatedly uploads copyrighted or unauthorized content.

    • Security Risks – If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, including hacking attempts or system abuse.

    • Excessive or Automated Requests – If a user bypasses limits (e.g., automating image generation to exceed daily limits).

    • Failure to Comply with Requests – If a user ignores warnings or requests to remove prohibited content.

    B. Consequences of Termination

    • Immediate Loss of Access – Users who are suspended or banned will not be able to use our services.

    • No Obligation to Restore Access – Termination is at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to restore a banned account.

    • Retention of Rights – We retain the right to remove or report harmful content associated with the terminated account.

    • Legal Action – If necessary, we may take legal action against users who violate intellectual property rights, misuse our service, or engage in unlawful activities.

    C. User-Initiated Account Termination

    If a user wishes to stop using our service, they can:

    • Legal Proceedings – If an issue cannot be resolved through negotiation, disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Gujarat, India.

    • Limitation of Claims – Any claim or dispute must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the alleged incident; otherwise, it is permanently barred.
